Strange Times

Hello, Villas Residents!

November is finally here, which means Thanksgiving will be here before we know it and Christmas is right around the corner. That’s right… Christmas is almost here and is coming fast---as is 2021. What a weird year it has been, but I think that we can all agree that 2020 BLEW by. The year didn’t stop just because all of us stayed in our homes.

Things may not be back to normal, but we are finding new ways to adapt to life: wearing masks and/or practicing safe social distancing. However, the holidays are putting a new spin on what is safe and what isn’t. What are your plans for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s? Do you plan on getting together but wearing masks when not able to safely social distance or having everything independent or virtual?

While you are thinking on that, let’s get you an update on both of our locations! The Villas at Hampton Lakes final phase is really coming together! We can barely get them built before they are being rented! How wonderful is that?! We love that we are able to provide beautiful, maintenance free homes for all of you to enjoy! We also love that you all get new neighbors that I am sure you are all eager to meet and mingle with! There is truly a feeling of community at Hampton Lakes that we are hoping will expand over to the east location.

Speaking of the east location, The Villas at Prestwick is going through some changes but progressing beautifully as well. We are so ready to have this location established and give off the same homely feel as the west side. We have some units available now, so if you have a friend that’s interested, send them our way! We are getting ready to break ground on our clubhouse, which we think will be a HUGE hit! Keep watch on our Facebook page for a sneak peek! Like we said, the Prestwick is going through some changes; the main change being that we will have a NEW LEASING AGENT name Hilary that we are all very, very, very excited for you to meet.

We would love to hear from all of you and interact as best as possible, so check out our monthly calendar. It is full of fun activities that you can safely do during these (still) uncertain times. If you participate in any of the activities, shoot our Marketing Coordinator, Morgan, an email with the activity and maybe a photo you doing the activity (i.e. take a picture of you and your friend enjoying a morning walk on November 4) OR send it over to our Facebook page so that we can share it!

We hope you all have a very happy Thanksgiving!

Stay healthy. Stay positive.
